Aaron works with senior leaders and key stakeholders on technology, data, and AI decisions that carry real cost and risk. He helps teams think clearly, pressure-test choices, align around direction, and shape focused initiatives—so organizations move with practical judgment, not hype.
His career started in systems engineering and analysis, where he learned that outcomes depend on how well technology fits the people and processes around it—not the stack alone. As Chief Technology & Data Officer, he helped drive growth through large-scale integration and transformation, including culturally aligning more than 100 acquisitions and contributing to what became the largest fire and life safety provider in the United States.
He founded A² Pulse Advisors to bring that discipline to leaders and organizations in a deliberately selective way—offering clarity and momentum without becoming standing operating capacity or long-term dependency for day-to-day execution. Engagements stay scoped and advisory, not a full-time seat inside your company.
Off the clock, he is a husband, a father of four, and a devoted LEGO enthusiast. That steadiness and long-view perspective carry into how he works with clients.
